Delivery of goods

1. When ordering goods, the buyer must indicate the exact delivery address of the goods.

2. The Buyer must accept the goods themselves. If the Buyer is unable to accept the goods themselves, but the goods are delivered to the address specified by the Buyer, the Buyer has no right to make claims regarding the goods delivered to the wrong person.

3. The Seller delivers the goods to the Buyer in accordance with the terms specified in the product descriptions.

4. The characteristics of all goods sold are indicated in the description of each item. The Seller is not responsible for the fact that the color, shape or other parameters of the goods in the online store may not correspond to the actual size, shape and color of the goods due to the characteristics of the monitor used by the Buyer.

5. If the Buyer withdraws from the purchase and sale agreement, all amounts paid by the Buyer shall be refunded to the Buyer, including the delivery costs paid by the Buyer.
